When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location and any details you choose to share. We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a proposal and deliver any project you engage us for. We do not sell your data.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests and, where a project proceeds, to perform a contract with you.
Who we share it with
Our customer relationship and email providers, and, only where needed for your project and with your knowledge, suppliers and tradespeople.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.
